          Hi smart people, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you have the abundance of health, wealth and happiness, today I would like to share about the topic "mental incapacity", the main reason why I choose that topic because not many people are ready to endure suffering which is offered by life, if you ask me why many people aren't ready to adapt well with life's suffering because they train their habit like the dead fish's habit, maybe you ever hear about the metaphor “a dead fish always follows the flow of river”, the meaning of that metaphor; people who aren't interested to solve any problem in life, they behave like dead fish's habit and they spend their major time to follow the trend of problem without having anticipation how to counteract the problem impact, no wonder why many people's skill is obsolete because they just follow the flow of life's suffering, at this moment, I will give you the illustration about a fish's life, "a living fish always adapt with the flow of river and a living fish are not afraid with the flow of river because they believe with its fin's strength", it indicates that people who have ingenuity skill and unique skill, they can adapt with any situation even though there are many complex thing in life, e.g. disaster, economy disaster, dirty water or food crisis, people who have ingenuity skill and troubleshooting skill, their mental acumen can work well with unpleasant situation and eventually people can live a life as they want because they always challenge themselves to to adapt with problem in life without getting crushed with it, whereas, desperate people can't live a life as they want because they aren't interested to challenge their capacity to solve problem, remember; life is always demanding us to adapt with new situation and life is not caring whether we like it or not with life system, life is designed to offer a sense of suffering, if we can adapt with suffering, it indicates, we are living like a living fish which possesses the unique ability and high mental acumen. 

If you see people who try to commit suicide, it indicates they can't adapt well with new situation, the reason why they can't adapt because they have mental incapacity, in order to remove mental incapacity, the first thing we can do is leaving comfort zone and transforming their habit into the learning zone, if you ask me why many people can't survive in the learning zone because their mental is crushed with the problem or the failure they faced until people get perplexed or depressed, besides that, people who are living in the learning zone, their mental is forced to taste pain for several years, remember; mental incapacity is not caused by lacking of money, but it is caused by ego,  mental incapacity is always motivated by ego, the only way how to crush ego is embracing problem and adapting with it for several years until we no longer feel the same suffering, here is the lesson we can get from a living fish which swims in the river, He can adapt well even though the water is dirty or contaminated by the rubbish, a living fish can tolerate any environment by keep swimming, it is the same thing with entrepreneur's life, I believe every entrepreneur is not happy at the first journey because they will be faced with many obstacles, the biggest obstacles where entrepreneurs have is fixed mindset, if entrepreneurs can develop fixed mindset until it turns into growth mindset, finally they will live a life as they desire because they can remove obstacles by embracing many suffering test in life, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this information can give you a new insight how to improve your life, good luck.

Here is the second thing you must do if you want to avoid developmental delay; don't try so hard to be something you aren't, it means, don't try to do something where it keeps you away from your high enthusiasm, you will never get what you deserve before you serve your high enthusiasm with something you don't deserve to do, our future is determined by our choice, not by chance, when we spend our major time to do something unimportant within 5 year, as a result, the next five year later automatically we will get the result which may disappoint us, please be careful with your time usage, time can be valueless when you produce nothing, time can be valuable when you serve your pain to do something where it is congruent with our enthusiasm, here is my daily note; this life will give the best appreciation to you if you appreciate your time value by investing your serious time with productivity, life will not tolerate your want when you just spend your serious time to repeat what your low standard always does to your daily life, if you serve your casual time more than your serious time, time will delay your potential development and you will be treated by life like a prisoner where you can't go anywhere except you are under control by other people's plan, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this information can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.

I hope you always have the abundance of health, wealth and happiness, today I would like to share the topic “How to build self-awareness”, the main reason why I choose that topic because many people are trapped in the life journey where they don't enjoy with it, if you ask me why many people can't build self-awareness because they only believe with their own logical thinking and their tradition rather than believe with something bigger than their limited thinking, that's the biggest obstacle where it can get in the way of people's career to evolve, in order to solve this issue, we must train our mind to adapt with something we hate to do for longer period of time, it means, we must not live with the regular rule which can prevent our curiosity level to grow, remember this; lack of curiosity can pinpoint our circumstance to create self-delusion where it forces us to keep doing the same thing again and again, that's backward life journey, I don't recommend you to do that because life is always moving forward even though we don't like it very much, here is my point of view; life doesn't care about what we do or what we love, life only does its job by pinpointing us to the place where it is congruent with our capacity level, we will never be able to choose where we are living in the future without upgrading our capacity level first, that's requirement, we will never be able to escape from the habit we have made in the past until we are forced to taste any consequence from our habit, if we still enjoy with the consequence today, it means, we are living in retrogressive change, if we live in retrogressive change, we don't deserve to get bright future, the only way how to build self-awareness is we must renew our habit by stopping the activity which can create instant pleasure and start doing something painful and unpleasant for long period of time, the reason why we need to taste something painful for long period of time because it is the most effective strategy how to stop our ego to grow, when our ego doesn't grow, self-awareness is developing rapidly at that time, the purpose of ego is blocking our mindset to find potential where it can build self-awareness to know more about God's wisdom and ego can influence our mind not to appreciate our activity until we can't see something valuable in what we do.

 Remember; what we invest our action today will become our habit in the future, if we don't want to get consequence where it can harm our life journey in the future, we must avoid to do something where it can attract pleasant and easiness, the purpose of life is to suffer our limited capacity, not to make our life is happy, if we don't strive to grow our limited capacity, as impact, our limited capacity will make trouble which can make us fear or worry to try something new, if other people say that your life is not changing after they haven't met you more than 5 years, it indicates that you don't build self-awareness in your own life journey during 5 years period, in order to make your life is changing, you have to disappear for long period of time from your social circle by doing something where most people hate to do in their leisure time, if other people around you is no longer recognizing about the different of you after you haven't met with your social circle for 5 years period, it indicates that you succeed to build self-awareness in your life journey, starting from now; please stop amusing other people in order to get their attraction, it is not good way how to build your bright future, here is the last note; self-awareness is about shaping your mindset continuously, you can't change your mindset until you use an extreme pain to upgrade your capacity level, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this information can give you idea how to improve your life, good luck.

I hope you always have a good day, today I would like to share the topic "How to build empathy in a relationship", the main reason why I choose that topic because not everyone can show their empathy when they meet with other people's emotional problem, if we look at reality, many people just give their own opinion without asking permission whether other people are willing to listen their opinion or not, that is people's attitude problem, do you know why I say such thing because many people just prioritize their esteem rather than giving their ears to understand what other people feel, in order to understand what other people feel, we should behave like an empty glass, not like the full glass, that's manner, if we behave like an empty glass, we must spend our time to be alone and ask to ourselves "Am I ready to accommodate other people's feeling?", if we aren't ready to listen other people's feeling first, we mustn't give our reaction to other people's problem, if you ask me why many people are quarreling with other people easily because they just push their respective opinion to the different circumstance rather than they use their logical thinking to ascertain what's problem they actually have, if people don't give their time to adapt with different circumstance, at least they keep silent and they get away into each other in order to drain their bad emotion, that's the way how to build empathy, remember; if we don't give our time to idle our emotion, as impact, we will push our illogical response which may hurt other people's feeling.

Give understanding, not responding first

    Basically, there is no single person quarrels just for prioritizing their sensible thinking, they always behave like child when they are unable to understand other people's feeling, unfortunately, not many adult people realize that their behavior is like child when they face a problem where they don't understand, the main problem why many people can't understand about other people's feeling because they don't understand how to match between their thinking capacity and other people's thinking capacity,  if we see reality now, there are many things we don't understand, especially about our conviction level, if we realize our understanding capacity is limited, why we bother to push our limited capacity to be accepted by other people's different capacity,? It is making no sense if we just ask other people to listen our opinion whereas we don't want to listen other people's opinion, remember this; asking the permission to other people to listen us is much important rather than we just show our good reaction, whether we like or not, other people want to see our good manner first before they want to accept our opinion, here is my conclusion; we must be willing to adapt with different circumstance if we want our limited capacity is congruent with other people's limited capacity, remember; mismatched capacity will be the main problem behind people's quarreling, so we need the power of empathy before we talk to other people, here is the first duty we must do if we want to build empathy; we must behave like the empty cup as if there is none valuable content within, or "humility", here is the second duty we must do if we want to build empathy; we aren't allowed to focus on other people's problem if we are unable to focus how to calm our emotion first, before we want to be accepted by other people's thinking capacity, so we must ensure whether we can see other people's agreement reaction after we have offered our limited capacity, if we don't worry or fear about other people's reaction, it means we can understand ourselves, that's power of empathy, if we aren't ready to accept other people's thinking capacity, as impact, we must force our limited capacity to accept the pain of disappointment from people's reaction, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this information can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
