High cortisol levels symptoms

Hi, good reader, today I would like to share the topic "High cortisol levels symptoms", the main reason why I choose that topic because not everyone is aware how to detect their high cortisol level, we all know that everyone has the potential to get high cortisol level, but they don't admit how to receive high cortisol in every situation they get, based on psychological research; high cortisol symptoms comes when human don't react positively when the negative thing comes to their lives, plus, human reject the situation where it should be received by them, it means, we as human being have no authority to reject something where it should come, we must claim that "Almighty God knows better far cry beyond human's plan or human's capacity", as human being, what we can do is how to learn our vulnerability in something new, it means, we try to adapt with something that we think it is capable to do and do not do what we think it is  undoable, remember this; Cortisol is a hormone that plays a role in your body’s stress response. If you have high cortisol levels, you may notice some symptoms that can include weight gain in certain parts of the body, acne, and fatigue. Other general signs and symptoms of too much cortisol include:

  1. Weight gain, mostly around the midsection and upper back.
  2. Weight gain and rounding of the face.
  3. Acne.
  4. Thinning skin.
  5. Easy bruising.
  6. Flushed face.
  7. Slowed healing.
  8. Muscle weakness.

Everyone has high cortisol from time to time, and levels vary throughout the day. But, if your body consistently makes too much cortisol, it usually indicates an underlying health problem. Doctors may refer to high cortisol as Cushing syndrome or hypercortisolism. If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, it is recommended that you see a doctor for a blood test.

High cortisol levels can be caused by a variety of factors. The most common causes of high cortisol are disorders of the pituitary or adrenal glands, benign tumors of these glands, or tumors in other parts of the body. Other causes include stress, sleep loss, circadian misalignment, medical conditions, and high-intensity exercise.

Cortisol is produced by the adrenal glands, but the hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal axis controls how much your body releases. Most of the cells in your body have cortisol receptors. They use it for a variety of functions, such as blood sugar regulation, inflammation reduction, metabolism regulation, and memory formulation. Cortisol is important for your health, but too much of it can harm your body and cause several unwanted symptoms, my suggestion: how to lower high cortisol is doing what you feel is better for you but it is not dangerous for other people / it is useful for other people, if you can master your activity, your habit will work extraordinary to your life career, good luck.
