          Hi smart people, howdy? hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about topic, “How to develop courage in leadership”, the main reason why I choose that topic because not everyone is aware how to develop courage in leadership, at this moment let me share something to you about 5 ways how to develop courage in leadership, here is the first strategy how to develop courage in leadership; don't feel guilty every time you try something you never tried before, you must convince yourself that making  mistake at the first time is part of self adaptation, besides that, there is nobody in this world is perfect, our main duty as human being is learn how to enjoy the process even though you dislike it at the first time, if you feel guilty every time you try, meaning, you hate the process and you just love the instant process, in my opinion; that's dangerous attitude if we love the instant process, here is the second strategy how to develop courage in leadership; train yourself how to love every mistake you make, this strategy is not easy because you need to release your perfectionism as well as your ego, if you ask me "how to love every mistake ?", you give a reward every time you make your own mistake, for example; I make an experiment for making a meal, every time the taste of food is not good, I give a reward to my mistake, e.g. I will treat other people to eat my favorite food every time my cooking skill is poor.

                               

          Here is the third strategy how to develop courage in leadership; learn how to express your inner feeling every time you meet other people around you, this strategy is difficult to apply, do you know why? because you urge yourself to express your inner feeling and you tell something to other people although they don't need your informationhere is the fourth strategy how to develop courage in leadership; you train yourself how to love something you don't like to do, it is not easy to do because you need to expand your comfort zone until you feel unpleasant, e.g. you make a bed every morning and you try to cook something for your own meal as well as other people in your family, here is the fifth strategy how to develop courage in leadership; be a good listener to other people's problem, this strategy is not easy to do because you need to forget about your own importance first, this strategy will help you how to develop your empathy power, if you build empathy power to your characteristic, as impact, you will not feel disappointed every circumstance around you seems counterfactual or counter-intuitive, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your daily life, good luck.
