happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about topic “a strange habit of mind”, the main reason why I choose that topic
because many people are just following the trends where there is no stable process within, if we use different point of view; people who are just follow the trends is like following the river's current without knowing the direction, it is strange situation, remember this; every second there is around 1.000.000 byte of information, our brain memory only can receive 7 byte of information per second, which means, our brain knows its capacity, what about human's desire, it is limitless if we compared with our brain memory, that's strange if we just follow the trend, do you know why? because it can make our thinking process is going to be absurd when we ignore our brain capacity by following our desire, we need to decide which target area we need to execute, here
is the first sign of a strange habit of mind; the mind can give us the signal when our five sense detect problem, but sometimes our mind tends to avoid problem, that's strange habit of mind, if we want to reduce our stress, we need to compromise our desire, but if our mind can't control its own way, here is the second sign of a strange habit of mind; the mind won't sleep when we feel asleep, this kind of circumstance is really absurd and strange, sometimes the mind keeps active and don't follow our order when we want to sleep, this circumstance can be called as insomnia.
Here is the third sign of a strange habit of mind; the mind wants to stop our fear when seeing the newcomer, but sometimes our mind becomes a follower of desire and unable to stop our fear from its growing, this circumstance is called xenophobia, in order to reduce the impact of xenophobia, we need to read a book to distract our fear from the unknown fear, if it doesn't succeed, we need to meditate for moment, here is the fourth sign of a strange habit of mind; the mind doesn't want to calm itself when we try to force it to do that, if we find that condition, what we need to do is stop the activity which is trying to force our mind to calm, if it doesn't succeed, we can try by listening our favorite music, remember; the mind doesn't want to be forced by our desire because it has own control, what we need to do is offering something which can reduce our mind from overthinking, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully
