        Hi smart people, howdy? hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about “Depression is not a temporary problem”, the main reason why I choose that topic because depression often happens to human's life, many people think depression is temporary problem, based on psychological views, depression will be temporary problem if we don't give much attention into it, whereas, depression will not be temporary problem if we give much attention into it, let me give you my opinion; depression is the result of what we perceive about the past moment and we tied it tightly into our memory, that's the main cause, now my question is "what if we give a negative reaction to depression?",  if we treat depression like a permanent memory, we will always get depression wherever we go, here is the first strategy we need to do if we want to avoid depression; we must treat depression like the wind, meaning, we don't control where the wind goes and we don't try to pursue our expectation towards the wind, we just let the wind enters into our nose and mouth without interrupting it with our reaction, as long as we don't try to fight back the wind, we will not get caught by the wind's power.  


        Here is the second strategy we need to do if we want to avoid depression; we let our problem go away as if it were dying, this strategy is not simple like we think, but if we treat the problem is like a guest where it can come and go away, we will never get the side effect from the problem, basically every problem can't make people depressed, only expectation can hurt people's mind, the basic training how to avoid depression is we upgrade our mind with the newest valuable information, the more we enrich our mind with new knowledge, the less we feel depressed, remember; the iron can't get destroyed easily by pressing machine, the iron only gets destroyed by its own rust, the iron is like our mind, we can destroy our lives by having poor mindset and expectation, here is the third strategy we need to do if we want to avoid depression; try to bath in the bathtub with cold water for 15 minutes, the reason why we need to use cold water because it can lower our body temperature, if our body temperature is getting down for several minutes, as impact, our emotional intense will lose its power and our focus towards the fear of depression is changing for some time, here is the conclusion; depression will be temporary problem if we don't get caught by its influence and we don't give our reaction into depression, if we let it go, we will not be sought anymore, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
