share about the topic “10 negative emotions”, the main reason why I choose that topic because not everyone can
get out from negative emotions easily, in this article I will discover about 10 types of negative emotions, I hope you will stay alert about it, here is the first type of negative emotions; perfectionism,
the main reason why we should avoid perfectionism because it’s trying to influence people's mind to stop improving their potential, if we look at reality, every day there is something we don't know, especially new problem and science, in order to avoid being ignorant in the future, we must survive and grow our potential in order to prevent the crisis which can come at any time, here is the second type of negative emotions; slander other people's name, this attitude is
supposed to be avoided by us because it can’t give negative reaction to what human do
in daily activity, this attitude is like the virus where it can kill the human’s
potential unknowingly, besides that, slander people's name can instill new chaos in human's relationship, here is the third
type of negative emotions; self-doubt, I think everybody agrees self-doubt has potential to immobilize human's creativity because this attitude can create the mental block to human’s brain system, if they build self-doubt, everything around them looks alike the enemy of shadows.
Here is fourth type of negative emotions; fear of unknown, this attitude shouldn’t be applied in daily activity because it can remove new hope, we would better to prepare negative anticipation rather than keep overreacting about something out of control, we must know what to do and what not to do rather than we try to respond something we should neglect it, here
is the fifth type of negative emotions; sense of worry, this attitude is not good because it’s trying to reject reality quicker than using real time calculation, worry changes nothing except it destroy the human's mental health, 50% sense of worrying will not change everything, instead it will burden the human's mental health, "the more we worry something, the more we lose our confidence", we can't reject reality when we aren't ready to welcome unexpected thing, in order to face reality, we need to upgrade our power of perception because it can free us from misunderstanding, here is sixth type of negative emotions; complaining, this attitude is not good because it will steal your power of focus, you need to learn how to unlearn this attitude because complaining starts destroying everything we build, here is the seventh type of negative emotions; trying to control everything, we should avoid this attitude because it will create a panic attack, as human being, human can't control everything unless we control our character, perception and habit, here is the eighth type of negative emotions; too proud with the achievement, this attitude is not good because it will make human's creativity is not growing drastically, here is the ninth type of negative emotions; self-righteousness, this attitude is not good because it will create mind block and self-arrogance, if our mindset is not growing, we must check what we build in our character, maybe self-righteousness is the major factor which can block our potential to grow, here is the tenth type of negative emotions; overthinking, this attitude can evoke depression, we must write down what we think if we want to reduce the impact of overthinking, I think my
