Mental health awareness

 

     Hi smart people, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “Mental health awareness”, the main reason why I choose that topic because many people believe what they choose is going to alter a new life for them, but in reality, their awareness can't guide them in the freedom they deserve, now the question is "what kind of freedom people deserve?", I think if there is not enough clarity, there is no freedom they deserve, basically the problem is not about freedom, but the way people behave is not congruent with their the future's hope, remember this; people don’t get what they believe is not caused by lack of clarity, but people lack of big reason behind self-awareness, if you want to get freedom in life, you will never get it unless you must free every human from their daily life problem, that's I call as the life mission, if you think it is impossible to do, you don't need to do what you can't possible do, every single day there must be a new freedom is offered as long as you stop focusing on your own gratification, that’s requirement how to know whether your freedom is supposed to be right or wrong, if you keep pushing yourself not to focus on progress, you will never get the freedom from this life, instead you will get boredom, that’s consequence, to discard the inessential thing in your life, you need to make research about what most people really want in life, when you can provide what people want, you will get golden ticket to get the freedom, to prolong your freedom, make sure every day you shape your great days by making new masterpiece or you create a habit which can connect with something which can offer a mental health.


     The reason why people can’t get clarity and self-awareness because they walk in the mediocre habit where most people are used to run it for their daily activity, if you keep following what most people used to it, you would feel confused, anxiety and fear as consequence, remember this; the mediocre path can’t get you freedom in your career because you prefer to get along with the crowded people who can't help you to achieve your goal, please don’t be proud when you can walk into the mediocre path because it just offers pleasure, lack of difficult, instant process and lack of new lesson offering, here is the special note; to live into your life freedom, you must drag yourself to walk in the new path where nobody sees it as opportunity, please don’t get affected by most people’s idea where they believe their life journey is okay without new lesson, you must take the new path where most people see it as the craziest thing which it will never work in reality, that’s fixed mindset where it can block people’s opportunity to achieve a greater potential in life, please beware about what you believe because not all you believe can bring something good for you, sometimes you need to stay open-minded in order to receive the abundance of new lesson in life, here is my additional note; self-awareness is always talking about the strategy how to unlearn something we had done and we try something we never taste before, here is the first strategy how to gain mental health; don't prioritize about what your want, but prioritize your skill and mindset development, meaning, you don't let yourself an ease with your environment, when you get what you want, you only get the same journey, if you focus how to develop your skill, you will get new journey where it is more challenging, here is the second strategy how to gain mental health; sell what you know to others as much as possible, if you can apply this strategy, your brain memory keeps improving and also it is will be renewed, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
