       Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “Good health and wellbeing”, the main reason why I choose that topic because this life always offers us with many good chance for self-improvement, many good chance for taking care of good health and many good chance for creating well being, the main problem why most people can’t get those opportunities because they build habits where it is not connected with what life demands, most of us forget hat habit is the main gate to connect with everything, most people want to get good health and wellbeing, but they don't want to go through the long term process, in order to live in wellbeing and good health's path, we must feed our mind with knowledge every day and start to receive the life's test, such as suffering from adversity, suffering from discipline, suffering from consistency and suffering of commitment, it is not easy to deal with those life's test, do you know why? Because most of us prefer to live in comfort and instant pleasure, remember this note; the higher level of reward, the bigger challenge we must accept it, so if you get rejection, adversity, setback, mistake, broken heart, bankruptcy and betrayal, those are real challenges we must go through it for strengthening our mentality, emotionally and spirituality, the main reason why the challenge is being set by Almighty God as the difficult path because this test is used to know between people who want to defeat their own darkness and people who are serious about their commitment, besides that, this test prevents the lazy people to get high level of reward, good health and wellbeing is supposed to become the highest reward for human being because it can give many options to human being when they can own it, let me remind you that we must fulfill at least 2 tests if we want to get high level of reward, namely defeat our own darkness and keep our commitment to feel life's pressure.


       Maybe you have question, how do I defeat my own darkness? the answer; you have to feel suffering or pain when life gives you something that can make you hatred and not wanting to do it, the second question is "how to keep commitment?", you discipline in your enthusiasm, follow your intuition and you follow your curiosity, that's enough, based on Psychological research, every human has darkness quota, if we want to get good health and wellbeing, we have to empty our darkness quota with science, experience, failure, restlessness, patience and unpleasantness, it looks easy, but turned out it is difficult, here is the first strategy how to get good health and wellbeing; don't feel safer than you usually feel, meaning, you must keep increasing your inner and outer capacity in order to accommodate God's grace, if you feel safer, you will not dare to try something hard or new, here is the second strategy how to get good health and wellbeing;  provide a good service to serve more people, the reason why you must apply this strategy the number of people you serve will accumulate your wealth, your health and your mentality, the more you serve people as many as you can, the more you receive bigger reward, here is the third strategy how to get good health and wellbeing; be generous person, this character is very special, if people don't have this kind of character, people will get broke very fast, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
