Because that tradition will put human's habit into rat race, remember this advice how to make stress management; we don't need to bother to think how to result the successful goal because failure and success is the part of God's business, what we need to do is how to be an excellent learner and setting the target based on our commitment, not because of condition, at this moment, let me share some strategies how to make stress management, hopefully it can help you to stabilize your mental health as well as your physical strength, here is the first strategy how to make stress management; you must focus on your limited time, not your limited capacity, if you just extend your target without focusing on your limited time, your stress will increase, if you focus on your limited capacity, you intend to work very hard until you don't get enough sleep.


Manage your stress by writing down your gratitude

  Here is the second strategy how to make stress management; you must put the vision board on the wall in order to remind you how to focus on the target, the reason why you need to apply this strategy because not all what you focus can give you a good feeling, if you don't have the vision board, your focus will not get aligned with your vision board, eventually your focus will not optimize like what you hope, here is the third strategy how to make stress management; you create the response time how to manage between serious time and casual time, it means, you know how to prioritize your daily schedule, if you can't manage between serious time and casual time, you will lose the power of focus, finally what you are focusing is gone, this strategy can be applied in many job scope, such as industrial, hotel management, business, project/tender, restaurant, here is the fourth strategy how to make stress management; you work based on result / progress, not in hours, it means, you don't work like robotic machine which has been set to work based on hours, if you work based on the progress, you will not get stressed easily because you appreciate your own progress, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
