  At this moment I would like to share about several strategies how to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, hopefully these strategies can help you to improve your lifestyle, here is the first strategy you must do if you want to reduce stress, anxiety and depression; don’t count your chickens before they are hatched, it means, you must let go what you had done in the past because time would count what is possible to happen for you and let life works naturally for you, if you can't bear to wait the process, you just need to distract your focus from the outcome by doing what majority of people hate to do in leisure, here is the second strategy you must do if you want to reduce stress, anxiety and depression; don’t ever try to fit outer circumstance into your future plan, it means, you don't do what your intuition doesn't do for you, the reason why you don't try to fit outer circumstance into your future plan because there is always unexpected moment in reality, you just need to focus on your life journey, when you feel peace, that means, you are staying in the right direction, here is the third strategy you must do if you want to reduce stress, anxiety and depression; don’t allow all information around you is going to take places on your focus, it means, don't let the unknown information interferes what you are good at, so you need to invest your space, energy, attention and time for what you focus only, sometimes recognize the unknown information which is unrelated to your interest is going to crush your peace, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
