reason why I choose that topic because not all what we want is good for our mental capacity, some part of our wants can invite a nightmare, some part of our wants can invite good thing, before we want something, it would better we must know how strong our
capacity rather than stay focusing on what we want, that's strategy, if we don't know about what we want, we must know our capability, if we don't know about our capability, at least we must know our biggest enthusiasm towards life problem that we usually meet, our enthusiasm will kill our peace of mind if we don't develop it, before we want something, we must recognize about the consequence of our want, if we don’t accept the consequence, as impact, our wants will become the nightmare and it haunts us every day because our mental is not ready to accept that challenge, we need to shape new habit and new mindset to pursue our ambition, at this moment, I share something to widen your mind, here is the first thing you must do before you want something
as end result in your mind; you must
dissect your main goal as smaller progress that you can achieve it every day,
for example, you want to earn money 1 million dollars as main goal in your
career, the first plan you must do is dissect your goal into smaller goal, you
must challenge yourself to earn 200.000 dollar per year or you earn 547 dollars
per day (1 year = 365 days), if you can do it consistently until it takes 5 years, you can earn 1 million
dollars, this strategy is not easy because it needs strong commitment, persistence, mental suffering, and
consistency, if you accept the challenge, your habit and your mindset will adapt to taste the unpleasant treatment.
Your goal must be vivid if you want to make it happen into reality, if you think your goal is too high for your capacity, you must learn how to make it simpler, such as you set daily target to make you easier to do, you must count the risk tolerance, you must have a time horizon to achieve it, you must have a high pain tolerance in your mentality, you must set daily budget to control expense and income that it will be needed, here is the second thing you must do before you want something as end result in your mind; you must have a good role model who has surpassed your goal and your goal must attract your happiness feeling, the reason why you need a good role model, it will help you to accelerate your progress, if you don’t have any good role model, at least you must have people you want to salvage their lives, if you have them, you have built responsibility, if you build responsibility, you indirectly train your mind to access your mental acumen capacity to make it bigger, remember this philosophy; “the more you learn, the more you earn, the more you adapt, the less you fear, the more you act, the less you doubt”, that’s simple guidance how to make your mental strength is congruent with goal, don't let your goal is making you stressed or frustrated, if you already hit the goal, you must create a new goal and you can challenge yourself to achieve it, make sure your goal can educate you how to become valuable person to other people whom you beloved, that’s important, I think my explanation is enough hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
