    Hi good reader, howdy? welcome back with me Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of health, wealth and happiness, today I would like to share about the topic “Mental breakdown”, the main reason why I choose that topic because many people get mental breakdown every time they have met the problem, if you ask me why many people get mental breakdown because they lack of knowledge and lack of endurance skill, starting from now, you must know what your prioritize and what you fear most if you want to salvage yourself from the mind’s false defend mechanism, do you know why I say such thing because mind’s false defend mechanism can lead people to mental breakdown, if you want to know the big cause why mental breakdown must exist in reality, you can look at what are you pushing against yourself, if you can’t release your emotion to the proper channel, as impact, you will always get confusion, here is my research; “having unclear desire, wild expectation and lack of strong reason can lead to mental breakdown’s state”in order to prevent mental breakdown’s state, we must develop our deepest skill and hone our endurance skill, those rituals will not happen to our daily habit if we don’t lead our curiosity to our unlimited potential, remember; everything happens must have a reason, if we don't do something without strong reason, we will not go beyond our limited thinking.

    In order to help people whose mental breakdown, we must improve our leadership behavior and become a good role model for other people, at this moment I would like to share some strategies how to stop mental breakdown’s habit, here is the first thing we can do how to stop mental breakdown’s habit; we must evaluate about what we have done during 24 hour, the reason why we must evaluate about what we have done because not all activities we have done can lead us to peace, if we still have bad feeling in our soul, it indicates that our activity can’t help us to recognize our inner strength, having a bad feeling is coming from inability to define our capability and our limitation, here is the second thing we can do how to stop mental breakdown’s habit; we don’t let our fear grows, in order to let our fear to stay calm, we must know where our attention is going and how to direct our attention to the right channel, such as vision board, daily journal, and good community, here is the good news; if our attention only makes us focus on the source of fear, meaning, we don’t develop our endurance, remember; a sense of fear will not exist unless we attract it with our poor thinking habit, here is the third thing we can do how to stop mental breakdown’s habit; we stop feeding our mind from instant pleasure, meaning, we only train our mind to dedicate our resource for long haul, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
