topic “Intrusive thought” the main reason why I choose that topic because many people's thought are trapped in unknown information which may disturb their concentration, if you ask me why many people get intrusive thought easily because they lack of clarity to aim the clear purpose which may impact to the near future, the problem doesn't come from the information which is consumed by people, but the problem comes from the lack of greater purpose, the reason why intrusive thought often comes to people because they only focus to the upcoming moment which may not happen, in addition, they are too concerned about with what was in the past and what will be in the future, in order to remove intrusive thought; you must write down what you want to do and what you don't want to do, if you create mind mapping such thing, I am very optimistic there is no problem at all with intrusive thought, instead you will gain the power of focus because you realize about the main purpose of your activity, remember; your thought is like a servant, if you want your servant gives the best service for you, so you must give the valuable information and some knowledge to your servant in order to give you a hint or option before you make decision, if you just consume the worthless information from other people's talk, as impact, you will not get good feeling, instead, you will feel pessimistic, anxiety or stress because of the worthless information.

Starting from now, you must beware about the information you consume because it will embed into your subconscious mind, once you put new information to your mind, you can't erase your memory easily, if the information you consume is repeated more than once, it will turn into your belief system, at this moment I would share some strategies how to immobilize intrusive thought, hopefully it can help you to gain concentration to improve your quality of life, here is the first strategy you need to do if you want to immobilize intrusive thought; You must embrace the pain of discipline, it means, you must commit to do something unpleasant for longer time, it is very effective method to use because the pain of discipline will remove something you want to forget temporarily, the more you prolong the pain of discipline, the less you have intrusive thought, here is the second strategy you need to do if you want to immobilize intrusive thought; you must have a strong reason to do something you actually want to avoid, it means, you try to distract your focus from intrusive thought by doing something you actually want to avoid, remember this advice; whip your desire with something unpleasant because it can immobilize intrusive thought, if you don't whip your desire, your thought will be hacked by intrusive thought as return, here is the third strategy you need to do if you want to immobilize intrusive thought; you must travel in the new place where you have never been there before, this strategy is very common, but if you are willing to try it, you will gain the leap of deep faith when you travel in the new place, the reason why you will get the leap of deep faith because your survival instinct starts awake when you go to new territory where is never experienced before, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give
