How to leave bad habits

   Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “How to leave bad habits”, the main reason why I choose that topic because not everyone knows how to leave a bad habit, from my research; bad habit always offers ease, instant pleasure and comfort, if you can recognize what bad habit offers, I believe you start to monitor how much time percentage you invest in your habit, if your daily habit only gives you ease, instant pleasure and comfort, it indicates, you are building bad habits in your life, here is note; you don't need to believe with my explanation, some of you may disagree with me, but you can review your reality right now, if your daily activity makes you feel more ease, more comfort, more pleasure until you have no chance to think more, it means, you are living in desperate zone, remember; bad habit can't increase your productivity, in addition, bad habit can increase your lifestyle rather than increase your endurance level, if we compare with good habit, every good habit has potential to increase your endurance level, if we look at reality, endurance test can't offer human with sense of ease, instant pleasure and comfort, instead, endurance test offers something opposite from what bad habit offers, e.g. reading book, for strong mental person, that activity is part of good habit and good habit offers endurance test, do you know why we need good habit? because good habit always offers unpleasantness which is needed to deal with crisis in the future, reading book more than 3 hours is part of strategy how to build mental endurance, but it is very painful for people who have bad habits, maybe some of you ask me, the reason why we need to leave bad habit because bright future doesn't tolerate with bad habit, if we can't cooperate with what the future wants, we will not get something we deserve, e.g. healthy mind, healthy body, healthy habit, prosperity, etc.

   Our main responsibility as human being is how to ensure our habit is commensurate with what we expect in the future, if we want to get something better than today, we must offer something different to the future, e.g. new knowledge, new skill, new achievement, in my opinion; having mental acumen always needs self-discipline and insatiable curiosity to grow, do you know why? Because mental acumen is able to give a good design to the future, whereas, bad habit gives so much poor thinking habit until we can't escape from the daily routine we shaped in the past, remember this; we can’t live happily in this world if we are unwilling to leave bad habits, e.g. playing online games in hours, smoking, drinking, watching TV in hours, hang out with friends every day, we only have 24 hours to make new commitment if we want to leave bad habit, here is the first strategy you need to do how to leave bad habit; don't hang around with friends who have no a feasibility study, the reason why you need to disassociate with them because they can influence your habit and also control your time, here is the second strategy you need to do how to leave bad habit; behave like a future-oriented person, not being a profit-oriented person, it means, you must focus how to design your future by doing something useful for your habit and other people's habit, whereas, profit oriented person always looks for profit or benefit in every place they visit, I think my explanation is enough hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
