     Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “how to improve your emotional intelligence” the main reason why I choose that topic because not many people can maximize their emotional intelligence to control what they absorb from the information they receive, most of them use their emotion to enjoy what they like and avoid what they think is not important to be learnt, in my opinion; avoid something unimportant doesn't mean it needs to be neglected, we must remember that everything in this life doesn't always offer the problem, but life is giving an opportunity to upgrade our emotional intelligence to make us easier to learn something difficult, besides thateverything in life is surprise, it doesn’t help to fix what has been lost or recover the pain of regret, if we are not ready to welcome what the life offers to us, our emotion will invite more pain and our emotion will react everything in life as suffering, maybe there are many people think “what would have happened if there is nobody will take care of this problem”, that reaction shows people worry about their ability, remember this note; when emotion turns into worry, means, people use their time to do meaningless purpose, we must know that our emotional is neutral, it can be used to heal human’s suffering or it can disrupt the human’s inner peace.

    If we think all problems can end up like disaster, our emotion will interpret every problem we meet will become disastrous, not all problems will end up problem as long as we increase our emotional intelligencethe major problem comes from lacking of resourcefulness and lacking of high purpose, many people in this world can’t maximize their emotional intelligence because their mental filter has failed to interpret what the life really wants, remember this advice; life is  neutral, your life can be harmful for you if you let your desire is controlling your awareness and your life can be easier for you if you guide your life to be a new learner all the time, at this moment let me share something how to improve your emotional intelligence, hopefully these strategies can help you to reduce the pain of regret, worry and disappointment in the future, here is the first strategy how to improve your emotional intelligence; create a life mission which can guide you to find a new horizon, the reason why you need a life mission because it can strengthen your mental strength and prolong your patience, if there is no better purpose, your power will be futile and you will be boring with your life, here is the second strategy how to improve your emotional intelligence; don’t spend your major time to satisfy your satisfaction and convenience only, but you must do something which can increase your awareness level by learning from any risk, other people's mistake, carelessness, ignorance or crisis, the reason why you need to apply this strategy because it is freeing you from the suffering which comes from situation you never expect, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
