main reason why I choose that topic because not everyone is willing to become a great
leader, most of them prefer to be follower rather than stay commitment how to
become a great leader, before we need to know about the criteria how to become
a great leader, we must know about the root of problem why we can’t become a
great leader as we wished, the major problem why we can’t become a great leader because we lack of life purpose, lack of social conscience and selfishness, as leader, we must know which direction we are going, sometimes we need to
get failure at the first time and we get the pain of discipline in order to measure our limitation and potential, the reason
why we need to taste the pain of discipline and the pain of failure because it can empower our mental
strength and multiply our potential growth, if we don't know about the pain of failure, we will never find a way how to motivate others to move forward, at this moment, let me share something to you about the criteria how to become a great leader; here is the first criteria how to become a great
leader; showing a visionary experience to others and know how to motivate others from the insurmountable problem, it is not easy to do because every leader must have something precious more than most
people have, such as spiritual experience, visionary, knowledge, it reminds me about the late of Napoleon Bonaparte, he said to his troops during the battle “victory
is not always winning the battle, but rising every time you fail”

Here is the second criteria how to become a great leader; self-reliance,
the reason why we need to behave self-reliance because it teaches us to take more
challenge and take full responsibility to do more than what other people can
do, that strategy is very inspiring because not many people brave enough to try
it, most people just do what they think is right for their own future, that’s
behavior is not good because they are too proud to do something in the same standard repeatedly, if they are
making habit of it, their life journey will not change, instead their life journey lead them to the misleading direction, all we need to do as a leader is behave self-reliance and keep humble to learn more even though what we do is considered to be good by others, here is the
third criteria how to become a great leader; being a good listener, the reason why we need to behave such thing
because many people want to look for people who can understand their suffering or
problem, if a great leader are not willing to listen carefully about what other
people feel, how can a great leader can lead other people to go to the right
direction?, it is impossible to do, right? Remember this; being a good listener doesn't need to be smart, all we need to do is show empathy to them, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give
