topic “Depression and isolation” the main reason why I choose that topic because many people too focus to what has happened to reality than focus to what they want to accomplish, especially during COVID pandemic, as we know there are many places are in lockdown and we are asked to stay at home, during pandemic, our movement has been restricted, so we need to protect our environment during self-isolation, such as keeping good health, nutritious food, mental health, remember; COVID is like life's test, it is not the end of life, this virus wants to know about type of person who follows his dream or focus to what has happened in reality, for this case we don't need to argue or complain about it, if we believe COVID is the source of fearfulness, our mind will attract COVID, please beware of what you fear because what we can't see will double what we see clearly, if we train our perception to see something beautiful during self-isolation, COVID will not attract itself into our thought, in my opinion; COVID location is determined by what we believe, if our fear is greater than our peace of heart, COVID will approach to us, in order to stop COVID pandemic spreading, we must protect our environment first before we help other people, besides that we need to enhance our power of focus, so that our focus will not consume any information or news which is concerning with COVID, remember; COVID will not come to us as long as our spiritual experience is higher than our fear of COVID, starting from now, we must focus on our potential and start to execute our deadline goal even though we live in self-isolation, that's strategy how to distract our mind from COVID fearfulness, here is the good news: if we treat our potential as best friend, one day our potential will send something more than we need.
