most people aren’t happy to live in the present moment because they only focus to
pursue something that it doesn’t give them energy, besides that, people only fuel their
imagination with suffering and not to revivify their spirit with major interest,
if you want to be happy now, don't think about tomorrow or past, live in the present moment within 24 hours and don’t ever try
to measure your sense of satisfaction by doing what you think can be completed
instantly, "every great thing needs a small momentum", every satisfaction of yours will
never satisfy you if you can’t control your controlling area, e.g. your
capacity, your habit, your perception, your behavior and your opinion.

Starting from now, don’t expect something where it doesn’t expect you and don't chase something where it doesn't chase, you just need to

you an instant gratification, the reason why you must stop pursuing an
instant gratification because it will reduce you mental health development, remember;
difficult or easy is not reality, it is part of your perception, if you are
interested to do something where it gives you energy, you will no longer to
feel suffering or pain because your high spirit and your creative energy can conquer the unpleasant feeling
