   Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “Anger management therapy”, the main reason why I choose that topic because there are many people can’t endure with the side effect of anger when they realize what they expect doesn't happen in reality, the root of problem why many people's hope doesn't happen in reality because human's habit doesn't meet with the capacity of hope, for example; people want to earn a millionaire dollars per year, but unfortunately people only possess a habit which can earn one thousand dollars per year, that's main reason why reading book is important because this kind of habit can increase the capacity of human's productivity, for this case, I don’t recommend people to create their high expectation into reality because reality is the result of what people have done in the past, if people push their high expectation into reality, as impact, people will always get angry, if you want to change reality, you must do something you have never did before and you increase your momentum by doing more than you get paid for what you work, if you complete a life challenge like I said before, you must do repetition in order to stabilize your productivity, remember this; anger’s enemy is not lies into your patience, anger’s enemy is lies into your rapid progress or the momentum you create in every single day, the main reason why a sense of anger can’t defeat person who increases his high performance skill because he creates new momentum every day which can destroy the anger’s power, that’s one of method how to create anger management therapy.

  Remember; your anger is determined by ego, unrealistic expectation and a sense of self-righteousness, you will not get affected by your sense of anger if you don't tie your happiness state into something which doesn't exist in reality, people who are angry easily because they often to tie their unrealistic expectation into reality, here is the conclusion; the more often people pursue their unrealistic expectation, the more they aren't get happiness in the real life, as long as people reject reality, people's mentality can't survive with uncertainty, remember this; reality comes from the series of many experiences which have been done completed by human's activity in the past, if you want to be happy person, don't reject reality and do something new in reality, at this moment I would share some strategies how to create angry management therapy, here is the first thing you need to prepare for creating angry management therapy; train your mind to behave like a new student who loves to learn, the reason why you must train your mind like a new student because the progress of your learning will stop your sense of anger, here is the second thing you need to prepare for creating angry management therapy; you must learn how to appreciate the process, the reason why you must appreciate the process because only God can finish something you have started, this kind of ritual will help you to stabilize your good mood if you appreciate the process, here is the good news; if you can adapt with life's uncertainty, you will no longer get angry, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
