3 steps to change bad habits



     Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “3 steps to change bad habits”, the main reason why I choose that topic because many people are trapped in their old habit, besides that, many people prefer to come back to their old habit because they can’t endure with mental suffering and they still don’t know how to escape from that old habit, that’s classic reason why people’s lives can’t grow rapidly, before we identify our daily habit, we must know what the difference between productive habit and unproductive habit, hopefully you have one of these features within your habit, here are the productive habit’s features; your habit is always making you stayed curious about what you design about your future, your habit will motivate you to work with a sense of urgency, your habit will fuel your enthusiasm to do something very hard although you really want to avoid it, your habit feels renewed when you face new problem and your habit can adapt with new situation although you feel burdened about it, remember this; your habit will determine whether you can be happy or not, at this critical point, you must beware when you want to choose new habit because that habit will represent your reputation and self-image, if your habit just offers you with a short term gratification, that means, you have to try the opposite, namely a long term gratification, here is the special note; by having a long term goal will assist you how to delay your short term gratification and shape your productive habit in the future.

      Now let me share something related with the opposite of productive habit, namely unproductive habit, hopefully you will start to redesign something for your habit, here are the unproductive habit’s features; your habit is always influencing you to feel complacent and being self-opinionated person, your habit will not motivate you how to get better person from day after day, your habit will block your vision how you will become in the future, your habit will scare you when you want to try something new, your habit can’t stand longer with new difficult situation, your habit will reject any information which it’s related with knowledge, and your habit will devalue what you do and what you enjoy, from these unproductive habit’s feature, I don’t mean to scare you and make you feel bad about your life, I just tell you about the reality of life, my main reason why I mention those productive and unproductive habit’s feature because I really care about your future as well as the next generation, my life purpose is how to design a habit where it can attract God's blessing and how to multiply the source of happiness, prosperity and health through habit, remember; money is not the asset, but our habit is the ultimate assets, if we don’t care how to design habit, our habit will kill our future’s hope, maybe you have a question "why change bad habit is a must?" the answer is bad habit can blockade our right to get new bright future, here is the first step to change bad habits; leave your social circle / group of people who can't inspire you, please beware with people who trap your kindness in the name of group because you will get bad influence when other people in group can't create kindness, here is the second step to change bad habits; leave the tradition or ideology where it can't keep you grow, the reason why you must leave them because you will get pushed to keep bad habits, here is the second step to change bad habits; create new habit that can't keep you in the sadness state, the reason why I recommend this strategy because most bad habits will keep you in the sadness state, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
