hi, good reader, howdy? welcome back with me, hopefully your life career is running well, today I would like to share about the topic "Sports psychology", the main reason why I choose that topic because most athlete needs sport psychology to create self-healing program for their mental strength, based on psychological research; every great athlete needs sport psychology to reveal their hidden power and to maximize their durability for reducing the pain which may happen during practicing, as we know that every match in sport needs more practice in focus and strategy to make their physicality at maximum level, based on my own research; every athlete struggles a lot during practicing not because they want to get reward, but how to test their endurance limit as prevention to receive a greater danger which may happen in the future, remember; the ultimate power in every athlete lies in how much time they have spent during training, the function of sport psychology is how to ensure the athlete's performance not to be moderately, what I hear so far that most athletes every day will push their limit by building a deep rooted program which leaves them no choice to do something else, the reason why most athletes build a deep rooted program during practicing because they realize their comfort feeling will leave great dangerous impact and big regret in the future, when the athletes apply sport psychology in the field of sport which interest them, they indirectly risk their body, mind and joints to adapt with the situation which may need their endurance and skill.

Have you ever seen why most athletes don't care about the pain they had during training because they know the benefits what the pain leaves, besides that, burden their mentality with deep scars will help them to know how's the cruel of the world they live, if they are giving in easily, their lives will drag more pathetic experience which may disturb their mental fitness, the reason why the pain is more important that strong desire because the pain knows that life is full of uncertainty, instability and uncontrollable, if the athletes are able to live harmoniously with life pressure, they can do something when most people can't do as physically and emotionally, that's why great athletes will feel peace when they succeed to collect more failure experience than winning experience, sometimes the athletes need failure experience to break self-ego which may block their mental fitness, remember; strength, endurance, flexibility, speed and resilience are the greatest fuel to make the athlete's ego is gone, whether we like or not, ego is our biggest enemy, it is the same goes for everyone who is doing at their workplace, if they want to survive on earth without feeling regret or gloomy, they must collect some failure experiences in their career rather than collect some winning experiences because life will not change significantly if there is no activity which can leave a deep rooted scars to us, here is the last note; don't ever try to dodge the pain because it is part of the miracle process, the only way we can do right now is get strong, no other way around, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an insight how to improve your life, good luck.
