Hi, good reader, howdy? welcome back with me, hopefully your life is imbued with the abundance of health, wealth and happiness, today I would like to share about the topic "Over worrying about health", the main reason why I choose that topic because many people are trapped in the state of worry which may threaten their health, basically a sense of worry will not happen as it wants or it is happening suddenly, instead a sense of worry is happening at our time being because we educate ourselves to enlarge our insecure feeling to receive something when we think that we aren't ready to receive something bigger or we aren't ready to receive something which can disturb our comfort zone, but if we use different perception; worry is not part of our capacity, but it is determining our wrong focus, from this situation, I don't mean to demand you how to stop worrying to the important thing, but what I means is you have to ensure that your worry will elevate your awareness, worry is about wake-up call, not to determine our weakness, when our sense of worry is showing up, it indicates that we must be ready with consequence which may test our capability / endurance and also we must survive with the unknown circumstance which may can lower our vigilance, the one area that we must stop worrying is worrying towards what we can't control.
