Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “How to break habits”, the main reason why I choose that topic because many people are constrained by their old habit until they don’t know how to recognize their authenticity of characteristic, if you ask me why many people can't break from their old habit because they consider their habit can offer a sense of instant pleasure, if we look for the data research, "people tend to avoid a new habit as long as their old habit has potential to offer their sense of pleasure in 6 hours", here is the conclusion from the data research above; people who consider a sense of pleasure as guarantee to make a better life, as result, they will never get new opportunity to grow their awareness level, in addition, a sense of pleasure will turn into disaster when it loses its endurance, that's dangerous momentum, if you ask me "what makes pleasure loses its endurance?" pleasure has limited time to survive, besides that, every pleasure has no ability to conquer uncertainty in the future, the reason why a sense of pleasure will turn into disaster after a sense of pleasure reached a limit time because the disaster's power is more superior than a pleasure's power, so I would suggest you to avoid the activity which offers too much an instant pleasure because it creates a dangerous momentum to your lifestyle, the main reason why a sense of pleasure offers a dangerous momentum because it has no ability to strengthen human's mental strength during against a uncertainties in life, from the psychological data research; an instant pleasure is designed to increase human's sensational feeling until they feel addicted over it, besides that, an instant pleasure has potential to immobilize human's logic thinking if human keep absorbing an instant pleasure during 6 hours periods, let me explain about the habit cycle: if human start doing something they never started before, human's habit will adapt with unpleasant feeling until 14 days later, after human pass through 14 days of habit training, human's habit become stiff or solid, human's habit can turn into automatic pilot's cycle if human passed 90 days of habit training uninterrupted.

If a sense of pleasure in human's mind can't survive against the uncertainty, a sense of pleasure will give you a sense of addiction to your subconscious mind, feeling of addiction is part of weakling mental ability because it can't escape from old habit, Remember; don’t let your focus get caught with sense of instant pleasure because the majority of pleasure in the world is not but a deceiver who is trying to destroy your future's hope, you can’t break away from the old habit if your mental endurance is inferior than your instant pleasure's power, at this moment I would like to share how to break habits which can't increase your mental acumen, here is the first strategy you need to do if you want to break habits; you must dissociate from your social circle who can't inspire your activity, the reason why you must dissociate your social circle because they have potential to influence your habit, here is the second strategy you need to do if you want to break habits; you must find a new activity which can offer unpleasant feeling or severe difficult, the reason why you must apply this strategy because it can help you to find your true potential, here is wisdom you need to ponder; your true potential lies in the activity which offers discomfort, a sense of hatred, long period, and great stamina, if you succeed to pass this test, you will never be the same person again, here is the third strategy you need to do if you want to break habits; you must increase your knowledge a double times than you usually read a book, the reason why reading book is very powerful to break human habit because every information from book contains people's life experience which may give a warning or precautions to other people who don't have such experience, if people find a new words which contents wondrous statement as emotionally in a book, people tend to follow a suggestion where it is considered can give a new enlightenment or give a solution to their daily problem, I think my explanation is enough hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
